CourtNetworks Organisation and Organiser Terms

These terms apply in addition to the CourtNetworks Terms of Service when you organise activity through CourtNetworks or act for an organisation.

1. Authority and identity

If you act for an organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to do so.

You must not claim to represent another person or organisation without authority.

Independent organisers may operate in their own capacity.

CourtNetworks may require approval, invitation or onboarding before organiser or organisation access is activated.

2. Venue, organiser and ownership

A venue is the place where activity happens. Listing activity at a venue does not by itself mean that the venue or an organisation associated with it owns, endorses or organises that activity.

Activity created under an organisation identity is treated as activity of that organisation within CourtNetworks.

Activity created under an independent organiser identity is treated as activity of that organiser.

Historic records do not automatically transfer because a person leaves an organisation or their management access ends.

3. Management access and licences

Where CourtNetworks charges for or limits management access, each named management licence or equivalent entitlement is for one person.

Access must not be shared or structured primarily to avoid applicable charges, limits or permissions.

Different management roles may have different permissions. CourtNetworks may distinguish between meaningful ongoing management authority and limited participant or helper actions.

The current licence allowances, prices and included rights are shown before purchase or on the relevant pricing surface.

An organisation is responsible for giving access only to authorised people and removing it when no longer required.

4. Contributors and contacts

The owner of an activity and the person managing it day to day may be different.

CourtNetworks may show organisers, deputies, contacts or other contributors so participants know who is responsible for an activity.

Showing or changing a contributor does not by itself transfer ownership of organisation activity.

5. Paid organiser and organisation services

CourtNetworks may offer different ways to pay for organiser or organisation use, including subscriptions, licences, registration charges, transaction charges or other commercial arrangements.

The current:

• price;
• included features and benefits;
• usage or activity limits;
• licence allowance;
• registration or transaction charges;
• renewal terms; and
• cancellation terms

will be shown on the relevant pricing, purchase or checkout surface before you commit.

Commercial packaging may change for future purchases or renewal periods.

These terms do not guarantee that a particular plan name, price, allowance or feature will remain available indefinitely.

6. Paid and free-to-enter activity

CourtNetworks may apply different commercial rules to paid and free-to-enter activity.

An organiser must not deliberately misdescribe an activity or payment arrangement in order to avoid a CourtNetworks charge or usage rule that properly applies.

Where recurring or series activity involves both registration and later attendance or participation payments, CourtNetworks may treat those as different types of transaction and apply the charges disclosed at the relevant time.

7. Charges and external payments

CourtNetworks may charge platform, registration, transaction, subscription or licence fees.

The applicable charge will be shown before the organiser commits to the relevant paid service or transaction.

Where an external payment provider is used, its charges or terms may apply separately.

Unless stated otherwise at checkout or in the relevant commercial terms, an organiser's own entry or participation fee is separate from CourtNetworks charges.

An organiser must not manipulate payment routes, activity classification or account structure primarily to evade a charge that properly applies.

8. Subscription and licence changes

Subscription periods, renewal arrangements and cancellation terms will be shown before purchase.

A change or expiry may reduce management access, activity allowances, branding or other paid entitlements.

Historical activity and contributor attribution are not deleted merely because a paid entitlement ends.

Where a change would otherwise disrupt live activity, CourtNetworks may apply a reasonable transition or restriction while the entitlement position is resolved.

Non-payment may result in restriction of paid organiser or organisation functions.

9. The organiser runs the activity

Unless UbD Products Ltd is expressly identified as organiser, the organiser or organisation shown for the activity is responsible for it.

This includes matters such as:

• rules and eligibility;
• entry and participation terms;
• sporting and scheduling decisions;
• venue arrangements;
• safeguarding responsibilities that belong to the organiser;
• participant communications;
• cancellations and refunds owed under the organiser's own terms; and
• sporting disputes.

CourtNetworks may provide defaults, templates or automation. The organiser remains responsible for reviewing whether they are appropriate.

10. Participant data and privacy

Organisers must use participant information lawfully and only for appropriate purposes.

They must not use organiser access to obtain or disclose personal information unnecessarily or for unrelated purposes without an appropriate lawful basis.

Where we process personal data only on an organisation's documented instructions, the CourtNetworks Data Processing Addendum applies.

11. Junior participants

Organisers running activity involving children must use the safeguards made available by CourtNetworks and comply with their own legal and safeguarding responsibilities.

Under-18 CourtNetworks participants use guardian-managed profiles rather than self-serve accounts.

12. Payments and refunds

Where CourtNetworks provides or facilitates integrated payment processing, the relevant pricing or checkout information will explain the material payment, fee, cancellation and refund terms that apply.

Until a payment method is actually offered by CourtNetworks, organisers remain responsible for payment arrangements they make independently.

Organisers must comply with applicable consumer law and the cancellation or refund terms they give participants.

13. Branding and organisation identity

Where organisation branding or other identity features are provided, the organisation must have the right to use any name, logo or other material it supplies.

CourtNetworks may remove or restrict misleading, infringing or unauthorised branding or identity claims.

Venue association alone does not create organisation ownership or branding rights.

14. Misuse and avoidance

You must not:

• share named management access to avoid applicable charges;
• create misleading identities or falsely claim authority;
• misdescribe paid activity as free where this is done to avoid a charge;
• manipulate registrations or payment arrangements to evade applicable fees; or
• structure multiple accounts primarily to circumvent commercial or access limits.

This does not prevent genuinely independent organisers from operating separately.

15. Suspension and termination

We may restrict organiser functions where reasonably necessary because of:

• non-payment;
• serious or repeated breach of these terms;
• unauthorised representation;
• fraud or deliberate fee avoidance;
• security or safeguarding risk;
• unlawful use; or
• another material risk to CourtNetworks, participants or organisations.

Where practical, we will explain the restriction and provide a route to contact us.

16. Changes

We may update these terms as CourtNetworks develops.

Material changes affecting an existing paid service will be handled in accordance with applicable law and the general CourtNetworks Terms of Service.
