CourtNetworks Sub-processors and Service Providers

CourtNetworks is operated by UbD Products Ltd.
This page lists the main external services currently used to operate CourtNetworks. A provider may act as our processor, as a sub-processor where we process information for an organisation, or in a limited independent role under its own terms.
This page is for transparency and forms part of the CourtNetworks Data Processing Addendum where that addendum applies.
Current providers

| Cloudflare | Domain, network and email-routing services, and bot verification on the website venue-request form |
| Met Office Weather DataHub | Weather forecasts for activity features. Venue or location coordinates are sent. Player names and contact details are not |
| QR Server / goQR.me (Foundata GmbH) | QR-code images for organiser sharing. The URL or text to encode is sent. The service is not used for advertising |
CourtNetworks may also rely on browser, device or operating-system providers for functions requested by users, such as notifications. Depending on the browser and device, that can include Google Firebase Cloud Messaging, Mozilla Autopush or Apple Push Notification service.
International transfers
Some providers operate internationally.
Where UK data-protection law requires a safeguard for an international transfer, we use or rely on an appropriate lawful transfer mechanism.
Changes to providers
Providers may change as CourtNetworks develops.
Where a new provider materially affects personal-data processing, we will update this page and provide any notice required by applicable law or the Data Processing Addendum.
Payment providers
Where CourtNetworks introduces an external payment provider, this page will be updated when that provider begins processing personal data for the live service.
